Wireless Broadband
Gem State has extensive experience in the design, construction and maintenance of communication systems. In 2004, we decided to leverage our considerable technical expertise and stepped into the wireless broadband Internet service provider arena. We partnered with an established local Internet service provider with excellent backroom operations and a knowledgeable staff and built a multi-site high-speed wireless network targeting the areas of the valley without high-speed access. Due to demand, we just completed the installation of an additional wireless site, enhanced the coverage of an existing one and have begun construction on a new site. Once you've used high-speed Internet, it's really hard to go back to dialup and in many areas of the Treasure Valley, wireless high-speed is your only option.
